When the Smith family started Guy Smith Heating & Cooling back in 1968, their mission was simple: making people smile. This small town-USA way of personally connecting with customers is what caught the eye of the community decades ago. It’s also why Guy Smith continues to thrive in the competitive HVAC market today. After more than 50 great years, the Smith family decided to pass the torch to veterans—and new owners—Brian Nelson and Bobby Rhodes, who have each been in the HVAC industry for more than 30 years.
Brian and Bobby have been successful business partners for more than 15 years, and best friends for even longer. Therefore, the Smiths felt confident knowing that although the ownership of the company would be changing, their noble company values would not. At Guy Smith, we know that customers aren’t just the reason we’re here—they’re the reason we’re still here.
